Walmart has traditionally sold only “Select Grade” beef, a lower-end cut which fits with the giant retailer’s low-price strategy. But over the last few months the retailer has been buying the more expensive “Choice Beef.”

I remember when my parents bought their house in Florida, just like it was yesterday.
The year was 1996. They bought a 1,300 square foot home two miles away from the beach. The cost of that home? About $69,000.
Fast forward ten years, and the average selling price for a home in that same neighborhood was $250,000 – $350,000.
After the real estate bubble burst – in 2008 – foreclosed homes were being sold for (and are still selling for) $79,000 – $90,000.

King Coal is making a comeback…again. In the wake of the Japanese earthquake, nuclear is going in the other direction. So it’s fair to ask if this is a temporary or longer-term development. The honest answer is that it’s too early to tell. But I will say this. I think about 20%

The emerging markets have given investors a great return over the past few years. But all good things must come to an end. So it’s time to ask, are they still worth your investment dollar? The Financial Times says you ought to be careful. I agree. A lot of developing countries are
