The information we publish is based on our opinions derived from independent research and studies of other institutions. The information is derived from writers who have a firm knowledge about the markets. These writers come from all walks of life. Some have passed several exams to become expert traders, others may very well have learned to trade on their own. To help us track the performance of our newsletters, we will assume from time to time that a person would have been able to purchase an investment at a reasonable price within a reasonable time of the investment information being released.

All estimated prices are pre-commission based on the market prices following the publication of each recommendation. Our personnel may possibly own some of the stocks we write about. It would be quite difficult to tell them not to own any of the positions. After all, would you really want to listen to financial advice from a person that doesn’t actually invest? We strictly prohibit any personnel from purchasing any security based upon what we write for up to two days after the information is released to subscribers.  If they choose to write about a current holding in their portfolio they must explicitly disclose this holding to subscribers as well as an intention not to sell the holding based off an increase in the securities price that could reasonably be attributed to writing about it in any of our publications.

Other Businesses

We conduct business with other businesses. There may be instances in which one of our newsletters recommends a company with whom we have a business relationship, or we may write an article about such a company on our website. These occurrences are unintentional and coincidental, as the business operations has no input or influence on the editors of our newsletters and website(s).  We will do our best to disclose any of these occurrences as they arise.

Limitation on Liability

We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, punitive, special, or indirect damages or outstanding successes resulting from reading material written by our company. We are limited to the fees associated with the subscription of the particular newsletter or advisory.

“No-risk” and “risk-free” refer solely to the subscription price refund policy as all subscriptions carry a 100% refund period.  The length of this period can vary by offer and publication.  And most subscriptions carry an unlimited period of time after the 100% refund period where subscribers may receive a refund of any unused portion of their subscription.
